Kentucky SAR at Boonesborough's 250th Anniversary

The KY SAR Color Guard was delighted to participate in the Fort Boonesborough State Park 250th Anniversary celebration of Boonesborough's founding yesterday, presenting the Colors at the event's commencement. We were also invited to perform a Flintlock Salute and Mourn on Arms in recognition of those who made the ultimate sacrifice while establishing this significant settlement in western Virginia in 1775.
